We partner with you to produce high quality scientifically
sound meetings from the invitation and audience development
materials to the production of slide kits and audio
visual products. Our range also includes alternative
media such as streaming audio and web casting linked
to print based materials and slide kits.
Slide
Kit Design, Development and Dissemination
Our state of the art kit program includes full support
for speakers, including Power Point support as well
as enhancement of speaker slides, design, editing and
presentation assistance for data and prose content,
such as lecture notes.
Post
Meeting Publications in print, as kits, and on the web
Based on our objectives, these products might include
abstracts, news format publications or completely developed
conference proceedings. Media includes slides, slide
kits, CD/DVDs, web casting and web postings. Our staff
can produce and support these materials from conception
and design to publication.
Alternative
Media Presentations
Med Ed-Link has strong partnerships and linkages to
web based media providers who can support our print
based products with streaming audio, streaming video
and interactive web casts. We will also produce other
more traditional outcome materials such as audio and
video tapes, edited to your specifications and coordinated
with other media, printed abstracts or web cast audience
response sessions.

We will work with you to develop, design and disseminate
all project public relations materials required to support
our meetings and events including: invitations, pre-conference
registration, reminders, and other meeting support materials,
including brochures, audience packets, travel guides
and maps.
